Corpus Christi Preschool Corpus Christi Catholic School is a 2011 National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence which offers an early childhood program with an established preschool for three and four year old children. We provide a faith based curriculum designed to encourage growth in the spiritual, academic, and social areas of learning. Our qualified, experienced, caring faculty is dedicated to nurturing the development of the students. The program for three year olds is offered on Tuesday and Thursday and four year olds on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Both programs have morning and afternoon sessions. The morning session is 8:45 to 11:15am and the afternoon session is 12:15 to 2:45pm for both the three and four year old programs. Also, an additional enrichment program is offered for our four year old children based on sufficient enrollment. Our traditional preschool program for all children includes circle time, free play, learning centers, art and craft projects, show and tell, prayer and snack, and outside time in our playground. Special visitors and field trips are scheduled to enhance monthly themes.
Holidays and special events are celebrated with presentations and activities which include the children and their families. Preschool classes also participate in service projects throughout the year with our school, church, and community. In addition, our four year old children have fun attending special area classes in our school which include art, gym, library, and music.
